Working on Inclusivity in the Fashion Industry

From 2012 - 2015, I worked with Plus Size women’s brands as a merchandiser with the goal to expand and celebrate size inclusivity in the fashion industry.

I worked with Eileen Fisher, Old Navy, and a San Francisco based startup, Igigi, all on their women’s plus-size lines.

Using customer research and business data, I helped each brand make merchandising decisions not only to increase sales, but to broaden the message that style is not a size, but an attitude.

The cut is ridiculously flattering...when a brand gets their cuts right, it’s hard to deny the impact it makes!
