LGBTQ Women, Workplace Dress Codes, and Appearance Negotiations

In 2015, I volunteered as a research assistant to work with then-San Francisco State University Professor Kelly Reddy-Best (now at Iowa State) on a project about LGBTQ dress codes in the workplace. I supported Dr. Reddy-Best by interviewing participants, then transcribing and coding recorded interviews for research synthesis.
